This summer Ikon embarks on a major art auction at Sotheby’s, London. The auction will raise funds for Ikon’s 50th Anniversary Investment Fund. Dedicated to the gallery’s artistic programme and the commissioning of new art work the fund is essential to Ikon’s future. The auction is produced in collaboration with London based curatorial collective Artwise.

In addition, Plinth, producers of high quality editioned artworks, is working with Ikon and five participating artists including Richard Deacon and Cornelia Parker. Available from Ikon Shop, prices start from £200 and a commission on sales will augment money raised by the auction.
