CURATORIAL FELLOWSHIP
Ikon’s Curatorial Fellowship is generously supported by the Frieze x Deutsche Bank Emerging Curators Fellowship programme. This opportunity is open to applicants who identify from a Global Majority background who may have faced barriers in accessing opportunities or a platform for representation.
This traineeship opportunity is designed to enable an emerging curator to gain the experience necessary to secure permanent employment within the arts sector. The aim of the fellowship is to enable an individual to forge a long-term pathway as a curator in the visual arts.
Contract: Full time, fixed term year-long traineeship
Salary: £28,000

INFORMATION ASSISTANTS
Ikon regularly recruits for Information Assistants who play a critical front of house role, engaging with audiences at the gallery. Training for Information Assistants includes fire-marshalling, first-aid and key holder duties and evaluation time to research exhibitions and meet artists exhibiting.
