Half term Workshop with Polly Brant
Join artist-educator Polly Brant for an experimental printmaking session, where families can explore the DIY side of print, from punk rock to its role in protest movements. Create your own mini-zines and posters using collage, stencil and monoprint techniques.
This event is organised to coincide with Ikon’s exhibition Start the Press!

About the artist:
Polly Brant is an artist-educator from the West Midlands. Led by curiosity and reforming, Brant is interested in what art education is, where it can happen and its meaning. Much of the time what she makes is created from collections of thoughts, notes and hopeful ideas informed by research to both champion and question what art/art education can be.
